LEGAL NOTICE: PhysioBuilder is NOT a medical device. It is a documentation and productivity utility intended exclusively for licensed health and fitness professionals.

1. Data Collection & Use

The PhysioBuilder application is designed as a professional productivity tool and operates primarily offline. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) for marketing purposes. The email collected on the download page is solely for launch notifications and will not be shared.

2. Data Storage (On-Device)

All user-inputted data, including patient names, exercise plans, custom templates, and custom images, are stored locally on the user's device using the browser's local storage capabilities (indexedDB or localStorage within the WebView). This data is not transmitted to our servers unless the user explicitly performs a manual data export/backup.

3. Third-Party Access

We utilize the jsPDF library solely for generating exercise programs into PDF files on the client-side. No data is sent to jspdf servers. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services that track personal data.

4. Legal Disclaimer

As a documentation tool, the professional user is solely responsible for the content, prescription, and suitability of the plans they generate using the software. Users should always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
